For those who already brought the Parklane, I want to ask, will the corridor in every floor very dark? from the view of floor plan there seem like not enough sunlight access on each corridor. Please please advise. I have a feeling the whole corridor will be very dark. seem the fire access door always close.

Here is my experience before you consider buying or renting OUG Parklane apartment.
Toilet leakage big time.
Got Indian & Bangla living in the rubbish room, they follow anyone with access card into the lift and lock the rubbish room from inside. So, residence at that floor had to leave their trash outside and guess what? Smell and invite cockroach & mickey mouse too.
I had to fill out the defect form and it has been one month, no response. Email to developer, no response, next will be gov department and you wait to see this in the news.
