QUOTE(eXTaTine @ Feb 21 2011, 01:25 PM) What's the price of Tiara Mutiara now? Still <400psf? If so, I would consider Tiara Mutiara as OUG Parklane is >300psf now.... As i know Tiara Mutiara now is selling <400 psf. Yup OUG parklane is >300 psf now.. the prob is..there will be 4000 units..lao.. This post has been edited by babyemily83: Feb 21 2011, 01:40 PM |

QUOTE(eXTaTine @ Feb 21 2011, 04:07 PM) I booked OUG parklane early phase, at that time only 270psf, so I book OUG parklane. Now OUG parklane >300psf....almost the same as Tiara Mutiara, if I wanted to book I might book Tiara Mutiara over OUG parklane, as its "lower" density and Tiara Mutiara has 10/90 scheme. If Tiara Mutiara is >400psf then its a different story though... Ok, thanks for ur comment~ |

QUOTE(millyjim @ Mar 7 2011, 07:31 PM) imagine bukit oug condo has 2 lifts for each block. max waiting time less than 5 min maybe 1-3 mins only Try to imagine UOG Parklane 1 block have 32 floors, 14 units per floor; average 3ppls in 1 family.. 14units x 3 = 42ppls; 42ppls x 32 floor = 1,344 ppls For normal time maybe ok, but early morning n after work i think sure 'traffic jam' with the lift.. If emergency how? dun said emergency, let said if u stomachache also will wait until pengsan i think.. Then when wanna go out...wah.. Average 1 unit got 2 car ... so 4200unit @ 2car = 8400car.... wah maintenance will be a problem for high density condo... people move in & out sooner or later few years down the road become pekeliling flat |
