Hi guys,

Need some advice n comment from u all.. icon_question.gif

Tiara Mutiara and OUG Parklane.. which is the better choice?

This 2 project package is almost same..

Tiara Mutiara only 403 units.. hmm.gif
OUG Parklane 4000 units shocking.gif (Sound scary, quite high density area..)

Any comment?

As i know Tiara Mutiara now is selling <400 psf.
Yup OUG parklane is >300 psf now.. the prob is..there will be 4000 units..lao.. sweat.gif
