Hi all

Have few questions

1) May i know what is the rate for tiles installation,tiles supplies by my own for 1 x 2 , 25 x 40 cm?

2) If the current car porch area is with Concrete imprint, does it need hacking as well?

TQ

just curious is the price reasonable? hmm.gif

to me, if including hacking it's reasonable. i just got quoted by a sifu recently rm10/sq ft all in including tiles (those around rm3/sq ft tiles to be chosen) except hacking. hacking will be rm1.5/sq ft. what do you think about this? if you don't mind pls pm yours sifu tel.
thanks

I would love to help him in his business.
But unfortunately 3 months after finishing my house, he suffered from a heart attack and passed away that night.

It came quite as a surprise/shock to me.
He seemed to be healthy but he is in his sixties.
He has been doing renovation work for more than 30 years.

Where is your location? Landed house or condo? 500 sqf, is it a room or just an open area? How was the old tiles, was it hollow or cracked or still solidly stuck?

find more contractors to give quotation.
i think 500 sqf for rm 7k is a bit too expensive.
or do you mean 500 sqf per room and total 3 rooms = 1500 sqf?
