they can get from other manufacturer..then again apple needs to tweak this and there..quite some time...

i believe Apple wont simply sue Samsung without any backup..they are smart and know what they doing...

btw Apple only sue Samsung based on SGS. not really on SGS 2..

and that would be time wasting for Apple..coz they need to tweaks other parts that was samsung's...

samsung is the biggest supplier of quite a lot of electronic components. not easy to source from others to meet their demand

i disagree. it's also possible to make ideas belonging to others better while only using something similar. even with patents, i can make something similar but using technology i created myself.

after all, you may say that i had the idea from looking at yours but i did not plagiarize by using the same tech and ways.

its just like your essay, u can twist and turn, but the lecturer knows what source you have token, you cant fool him/her. thats why there is always a reference table/endnotes,footnotes.
