aiyoh bro.. already mentioned I drove it hard for break in. yes, > 600km is for 90-100% highway.

stock.. and forgot to mention it is manual. but auto shouldn't be that far off..

hard break in period shouldn't affect the fc.. but not a problem if owners want to drive it slow and steady.. fast and furious also no prob laugh.gif
*
manual and auto a lot of difference in FC ler... but good to hear also, FC still quite good despite trashing it during break in period thumbup.gif

For that i've doubt, coz one of my friend actually can't even reach 400km with his new bought city. Coz so far i always heard that city is fuel saving but my friend's city is not. weird case i would say..haha..

I'm driving Vios bought in '10 and my tank is around 450-550 like that. smile.gif
*
new City FC quite bad... prev one a lot better FC...

Hi all, does the interior of the E spec and G spec differ much?
I mean apart from the door handles and chrome finishes plus audio system, the interior plastics ie dashboard, door panels and armrest etc. built quality are supposedly the same material regardless of the specs?
*
G has leather seats...

supposedly better NVH for G... don't know...

From 0 to 100 km/h,vios 1.5 manual take how many seconds ?

Strangely,I can't find any info regarding this through the net......
*
some magazines and webs gives 11.8sec for auto, manual should be few seconds less... not sure how accurate tongue.gif

anyone use Michelin PS3 tyre yet?can give review here..
*
i'm using on my City VTEC, 185/55R15, changed from Primacy LC 195/55R15

PS3 is slightly noisier but the wet grip is amazing... driving in the rain felt like the driving on dry road drool.gif
felt the grip to be better than my previous 195...

maybe i'll change back to Primacy LC next time... got used to the quietness also the grip is pretty good as well smile.gif

i installed 4 pcs new xm2 195 55 15 rm260, same price with ps3 actually .... expected to be higher than xm1 as improved version. So far so good, it's quite and comfortable, treadwear is 420 which is very high and durable than xm1 i think. Depends on priority, if want comfort and quite tyre plus fuel saving, xm2. If want performance, then ps3 but will noisy a bit and fc will be higher as more sticky tyre.
*
wow.. not cheap also... let us know the driving outcome smile.gif

what were you using previously?

previous were ori stock tyre with steel rim, changed to this size and feel much stable, quite and comfortable ... yes not cheap, but the tread pattern very nice and feel safe on road ... only 3 weeks driving ...
*
interesting... cos comparing XM2 with Primacy LC... next time check the price first smile.gif

of cos lar, ori size is 175... with 2cm more each tyre, sure lot more stable... but pickup also should be affected quite a lot... or still the same? tongue.gif

this is best price i got d after checked with few tyre shops include hup shun, i also no believe with the price but this is real .... LC do not have the size 195 55 r15 i think and most shop said no more stock for LC as been replaced by PS3 and XM2, and LC tread wear is only 240 i think .... wear out very fast.
well, in terms of pick up i din feel a very much different maybe i changed it soon after got the car .... first tank fc ~13km/L (rm50 for 350km) .... from shah alam to pj for work
*
LC got 195/55R15, i used it before on my City but 2 years back lar... now change back to 185/55R15, PS3...
but you are right, the shop told me there won't be anymore LC... cry.gif

like that maybe my Vios i'll change to 195/55R15 XM2 like yours tongue.gif

bigger size.. heavier fc as well.. not much.. but i think there's difference.. some might say no..
*
when i changed to 185/55R15 to 195/55R15 for my City, the first feeling is the acceleration, very obvious the car felt heavier, steering gave more feel, a lot better cornering, more stable at higher speeds... FC not much difference...

but changed back to 185/55R15 cos don't whack corners everyday also... more straight road drive tongue.gif

Hi, i'm thinking to get Vios..which spec is better? G spec or E spec? Like say if i'm asking put spoiler and skirting TRD, how much cost for it?
*
difference between E and G is only the below:
E vs G:
fabric seats vs leather seats
14 inch rims vs 15 inch rims
175/65R14 Goodyear Eagle NCT5 vs 185/60R15 bridgestone Potenza RE080
rear brake drums vs rear disc brakes
black interior vs beige interior
G has door visor

TRD bodykit the cheapest i found in from VZS RM850 full set TRD PU without spoiler

beware though, 30 is abit low for the weather in Msia. Our temperature here can easily pass that 30 degree celcius mark, and it will damage your engine after that.

You won't realize it yet, until your engine starts giving in after years.

Which is why i always stick to 5w40.

someone in VZS using w20...
