most probably another 2-3k if you're going for rims plus good performance 16" tyres

QUOTE(gunh @ Jun 22 2012, 11:41 AM) i'm using falken 912, seems ok for me wor... really? how much ar? maybe can consider also noise level, grip and thread wear is ok... the rubber is consider softer type hence the threadwear is a litttle faster, but i do able to make them last to around 45,000 km... before i need to change them. but 912 is much much cheaper than PS3, so for the price i pay, i feel is acceptable. QUOTE(neo0915 @ Jun 26 2012, 05:47 PM) Im wondering, currently im on J spec which is 14" rim. stock 15"'s profile is 185/60R15If i change to 15", does it affect the FC a lot ? From what i see in this thread, mostly u all use 185/55R15~ My father din allow me change to 15" coz makan minyak (according to him) FC depends on rim weight and tyre profile... if you change to 15" and maintain 175, there should not be increase in FC... like my City VTEC, i changed from 185/55R15 to 195/55R15... i lose around... 20km per full tank of 550km... less than 5%? ask him to explain why makan minyak first, different people have different experience with cars |

QUOTE(neo0915 @ Jun 26 2012, 09:13 PM) Actually from wat i understand from him, is that bigger rim need bigger tyre = heavier = bad FC... well logically he's correct remain 175 ? will it too weird ? sorry, im not familiar with tyre stuff, still learning~ but there are a lot of 15" light weights around 5kg/rim as compared to the stock's 8-9kg/rim IMHO, i wouldn't go more than 195 since i drive mostly in the city... 185 -> 195, the grip is quite a lot, that's what i felt... 175 is a bit thin... pickup is good though no worries, slowly learn, a lot of sifus around Added on June 27, 2012, 7:52 am QUOTE(donavan1986 @ Jun 26 2012, 07:27 PM) go to find someone who you know have better handcraft lo. if not then how? AUX is the only available option leh. i also know that it's not good to open the the dashboard but really can't tahan la... not a modding kaki so this kind of lubang... i don't have got AUX also better than nothing... but from what i found on some Thai sites... they DIY... problem is the integrated player don't have any specs/manual so don't know which socket is for AUX i can't even find the brand, dafaq This post has been edited by kenji1903: Jun 27 2012, 07:52 AM |

QUOTE(boboy880927 @ Jun 27 2012, 11:00 AM) hey guys, i need some advice here, i dont know go for myvi or vios, bt i love vios so much commitment high, just want to ask petrol depends on how far you travel daily... around 36-40l per full tank, you calculate lor base on RON95/97...monthly Oil how much ? Maintenance fee ? Vios Facelit is what? 9 years full load every month need to pay 700 plus isit? sorry newbie here? maintenance every 10k (or 6 months whichever comes first) around RM300-400 with fully synthetic oil of course major service more expensive... facelift is new 15" rims and smoked headlamps depends on how much downpayment you pay and what's the interest rates and if you get any discounts... QUOTE(consrito @ Jun 27 2012, 11:58 AM) Thank you.. I like that colour so far.. Hehehe.. can recommend the accessory shop?Added on June 27, 2012, 12:05 pm Toyota even more genius.. The Vios E spec came with the Pioneer FH-P6050UB which got USB & AUX input but that input at the back of the player actually. They didn't give any extention cable to let me plug in the USB!! So I have to purchase the USB cable my own and bring it to acc shop to take out the HU and plug in the USB cable! ![]() Even Toyota SC also got no idea with the USB thingy.. I ask them, they told me USB socket at the back of HU. Then I ask how to plug in, they reply: "I also don't know".. |
