my 2007 NCP42 Vios G Spec

is having problems with wiper jittering...sleep.gif"

Changed a lot of new wipers already, from cheap Rm10/ea to RM50-60/pair

its running fine if its dry, but when its wet(rain), it started to jitter with every swipe sleep.gif

Anyone cracked this problem with any solution?
Would appreciate the help

It's fine when it's dry? but jitter when it's wet? Should be the opposite right? hmm.gif

I'm having the same tok tok sound, but mostly happen when i go through a bump. I'm not sure is my driveshaft problem or my suspension...

Hilux, Hiace and Innova can only deliver next year if book now. even some booked earlier for Hilux and Hiace can only deliver January next year. Yesterday I brought my friend to Toyota showroom because he wanted to buy the new Innova, the SA told him the waiting period should be 2 months. i asked him about vios and he told me the same thing, maximum 2 months. i'm lucky cause i booked my vios with him on the final week of october and my car was delivered the following friday. damn fast this guy..

wah so detail.. Tq

scary to look at that figure as my budget is so small..

so your recommendation? i should hold down first or i search another car that suit my income?

but i like Vios... i could't think another car that as my choice (except Proton and Perodua) as my brother and sister has used proton and perodua, so i want something different that suit my budget..

You will suffer if u want something different, you can opt to second hand imported car which would cost you around 20-40k depends on model, year and condition of the car, that if you want to avoid both proton&perodua.

And it is a good decision not to buy a proton, dont trust them, they NEVER change. And dont trust those who tells you that proton is good. They are lying to themseleves, and dont trust the news about they are winning competition etc, they are champion in making car that could win competition, but they still clueless about how to produce a good reliable car.

hmmm ok, 1 more thing. when i start my engine in the morning i get high RPM, around 1.5k or 1.8k...then when the engine warmed up i park aside and get about 900... that normal?

i also read the manual about the ODOMETER switch, tried to check the L/KM but cant get it to work, can only cycle between ODO, TRIP(A), TRIP(B) and Lights...... hmmmm weird...

how much do u guys usually get for a full tank? i get about 450km 50% highway 50% city driving style... maybe the engine hasnt completely been knocked in yet...

forgot to add... is it true that u should turn the ignition key to ON for a few secs before cranking the engine? i heard this from a friend who said that the SA told him that... but nothing like that was mentioned in the manual...
