The thing that surprise me is that when I send in my laptop today to Highpoint Lowyat they don't know which laptop they're gonna replace for me.

After that, they told me need to see the availability of the stock for the time being and not 2 to 3 working days as promised by Highpoint when I called.
Sigh~
erm, nope, i contacted the acer highpoint in sydney, then they ask me to give all the details (e.g serial number, proof of purchase & personal details), saying they will create a case for me in advance, so that once the parts are made available, they will directly go through the replacement process for me, hence saving the wait...
