tongue.gif thanks for the advice tongue.gif my mindset no more toyota and honda. laugh.gif

fall in love with forte, with its specs. Nice thumbup.gif much worth rather than buy dugong or city.

anyhow i doubt regard forte's reliability in future, let say after warranty period. hmm.gif How it gonna turn to.
but since forte family getting bigger by day, hope there is no problem.

camry too have cobra security but again look at the stats?

we are not saying adding a pedal lock will make ur car theft proof but again it is always as simple as abc

if u see 2 exact bicycle on the road, one with the tyre lock, will u steal the one that isnt lock or the one tat is lock?

and one thing we gotta understand is , oem stuff is standard, aka if i can unlock or break through one car model security system, simply means i can break through all that car models as it runs in the same system smile.gif

so whether is it a waste of money or not? its up to you to decide

Cobra brand... Get an Indian(thief) with a flute..... Sure can kautim, haha....
My friend's City just got stolen recently... Adding extra lock are ok, just to extend the time..... But I got extra step that can really stop them to move my car.....

Ive been using 175/65R14 Michelin XM1 since Nov 2009 and till now the thread is still there. Will probably change end of this month. But trying to scout around for the best prices. Lim Tayar's prices keep changing. Right now about RM 180

you want good price ah, go to meru and kapar, they give you very good price.

from what i heard from my SA,he said forte dont have immo, just special unique frequency, and its hard to hijack the frequency, unless u are work with the company that provide the system. To be exact, u know how it work and its weakness. laugh.gif

I also not really sure what he said.

Guys, need some help ~

I know that for Forte 4 speed,
We can adjust the throttle cable to increase the responsive level of accelerate & pick up,
Can we do the same thing for FL version?
If yes, how to DIY ...?
keep searching the old thread but couldn't find it sad.gif

Thanks in advance

Good news then, hopefully we can get more good reviews and word of mouth from consumers to dispel the myth about fuel guzzling, cheap, boring, unimaginative korean cars.

yes, agree with u. previously when i book my forte, my father against me... said about the myth. same with my brother. but after i got my forte my father and mom always like to ride and borrow my car whenever going out for long distance ride. then i wonder... did he boring already with his new vios? hahaha tongue.gif
my brother also said no more bad things about korean cars thumbup.gif
maybe that's the power of 'leaving you speechless'... wub.gif

and i notice many malaysian still comfort with their past, history... hard to accept new changes notworthy.gif
need to change lorr... like government also need to change! if always the same, it won't learn from mistake and won't improve! mad.gif

hopefully with more forte on the road, more spare parts, more aftermarket parts bring in to our country wink.gif

yeap, its hard to get rid of the bad perception just like the ones that malaysians have against proton even though they have improved by leaps and bounds but people still dont trust them enough..hopefully things will change in future.
