QUOTE(stringfellow @ Oct 8 2011, 09:28 PM) Have you updated your MBP to the latest update? I believe the issue you're experiencing is covered and solved by the recent update. u mean just update everything or update to Lion OS ?

QUOTE(stringfellow @ Oct 9 2011, 03:17 PM) Uninstall the apps you're not using. Everything else that runs, are required. Do not assume that they are "unused drivers". If you do not want apps to run on startup, go System Preference-->User-->Login Items tab, and uncheck those you don't want running at first boot. ONLY REMOVE them if you are sure they are not required by the apps you're running. Further improvement of "lag" can only be done by Disk Utility's "Verify Disk Permission" and "Repair Disk Permission" (NOT "Verify/Repair Disk"!), adding more RAM, and ultimately, adding SSD. Thanks bro will try the verify disk out...tq for the advice. yeah SSD my next option, my RAMS already 8gb OWC RAMS summore..
