Im living in seremban and I would like to purchase d7000 kit 18-105

1) Seremban D7000kit sells rm 4500 ( 8gb+bag) (authorized nikon dealers)

2) Lowyat/BB plaza/Subang jaya/time square D7000kit sells rm4450-4600 (8gb+bag) ( I have to drive from seremban to there )

which selection should I purchase to ?

Well, d90 is in different class/category than 550d.

...D90, D7000 --> ...50D, 60D

50D IMO is way higher class than 60D and d7000. Got full mag alloy body, but Canon being too smart to downgrade it's 60D and in consequence make d7000 looks like some monster. 

Its because 7D already fill the gap so logical way to do is to downgrade 60D abit so that it wont be in the same class as 7D (interm performance & price)

Never do any studio photoshoots b4 cos i thnk it's boring with controlled lighting

How can you say Canon fail. Canon Singapore has the ability to sponsor million-dollar goodies including 24 7D cameras, telephoto lenses, flashes, and 700 document managements devices to National Sports Assiociation(NSA). Have you seen any other companies do that? Besides, Canon has the ability to open it's own concept stores throughout our whole country. Have you seen a lot other companies do that? If Canon cannot differentiate its own product properly, can they open so many concept stores?

Canon spends more more then Nikon on advertising and promotions, no doubt about that. Same goes with sponsors. IIRC last year NST recieved 20 1Ds MkIV, 70-200mm F2.8 and 17-40mm

Would like to see more of such competition for FF and FX. Then the bodies of FX would drop like dead flies. Yay! 

D700 is good enough for me, won't change body in at least another few years, just need to add more lenses

Hasselblad used to make film... until they release digital medium format since the H series hah.

I suck thoroughly so I only use the D3 only. If I have no choice I will use Hassy to go outdoors and shoot...my model. Once in a blue moon

Should take a picture with that MF tomorrow and LR with it.

Hassy's colour for that is known to be damned accurate. Far more superior compare to D3. Or rather, natural looking.
