guys, please share anything good news like the TM support group and care to compliment their effort also. Don't just bash them when something goes wrong than kept quiet of anything good they did.

Today, I even received a call asking me whether my problem is solve. Thank YOu UNIFI. REally Appreciate the follow up. My next pursuit is the rebate . Wish me good luck on this..

LETTER SAMPLE OF A PROPER WAY TO OBTAIN REBATES.
(I hope this can help or be improvised for both parties UNIFI TM and Customers to have a good understanding and management when dealing with accounting standard procedures.)

Dear Billing Dept ,

10.50am (second call to Unifi is made.- no response yet)

Confirmed Modem Malfunction.
8) 29/03/11 - Unable to access Email Account,MyUnifi and Streamyx Hotzone .
9)30/03/11 - Receive Email and Streamyx Hotzone from Unifi Support. Myunifi Portal user id and password unavailable yet.
10) 1st April - Received MyUnifi Portal Password.

Kindly consider waiver or rebates for this unexpected and hindsights on your side of services. Thank You for your kind understanding.

i called for 2nd time, a CS repeat same procedure, take all my detail...when bout techinician support, she get me to dial another number 1-300-881-221!!!

i can totally understand your feeling as i myself encounter the same problem waiting for more than 7 minutes before i hung up. Guess what? I use my h/p number to call and now i learn from the hard way. I write emails to them and if im not mistaken, every user can acess MyUnifi Portal to lodge complaint in MySupport.

This way is better although it takes time but it's fully black and white paperless.
Calling on the phone will only make your blood rise because of the phone bill. The more money u pay, the more pressure u feel.

I always hate people who use salary to justify the poor quality of the service. Hey come on, first of all prove to us that the person salary is very poor. Secondly, TM is a distinctive Telco Company that is the spine of the Nation Communication center.

Telekom will be the first thing a Aerial Bombing carried out by American Warplanes. So come on lah guys.... please have some common sense a bit. It's not a sweat shop like mexican working in a basement or chinese coal mines. jeezz!!!

i assume it's not the salary . its the work cultures and ethics from the peers than. i understood what u said , a report filer and a troubleshooter don't manage one same hotline.

I guess what u r saying is that the person is applying for a job as Customer Service Operator but in the job function he has to learn IT Engineering . This work scope was given to a SPM holder , am i right?

I think due to many have complaint about the long waiting time for getting an operator to call, TM UNIFI should improve their service here. It's not one who complaint about the longest period of call waiting but looks like hundreds or may be thousands.

They should adapt a Open ticket and Close Ticket concept online email like Exabytes Webhost . customer will be able to view their reports. But i believe they do have right?

i cannot key in 100 for IptV channel.
Why i cannot press digit 1 and digit 0 to secure channel 100 anymore?

press 1 and 0 , it terminates at 1.

i have to use the menu to go into submenu mosaic 100.
