Got my pearl white insight! I'm sharing some information that I got.

Tyre : Dunlop SP Sport 2030
Car arrived at port klang @ 11 March 2011 (as stated in AP)
The cost of the car declared is only 50++ k. (as stated in AP)
Even the normal battery is warranty for 2 years.
First 3 services are free.
Online survey will get 40rm e-voucher n is valid for a year. Honda will send you a sms for survey.

The aircon must switch to AUTO mode, so it will cut to lowest when engine stop kick in.
But will it ever turn OFF?

Like to improve the car system with amplifier and speakers. Anyone done it? Is the car system layout as similar to normal car,
need to pay special attention to anything?

SA warn for tinting outside need extra careful as warranty will be void if tint related process damage the electric board. Pay extra attention to the sealed board near the front normal battery. Will ask my tint man to do more cover up for that part.

The cabin is much longer than previous Honda city, so feel much better. Overall feel quite ok and no complain so far, so far so good.

To all Insight owners who have bought and supported the car mat from me, I hereby voice out appreciation for the support. As it might be from tomorrow onwards, I might not be selling, or might not sell at such price anymore due to many complaints from other seller and retailer out there back to supplier, and that supplier decided to stop me.

Funny... Their own other retailer cannot sell also can relate to me... They don't study business do they

oh ya..forgot to mention..mine was with Esso RON 97  biggrin.gif
Not sure if I have remembered correctly, someone in this forum actually mentions that the spare fuel would have approximately 8 litre after the range displayed on the MID turns 0.
anyone can help to confirm on this one?
*
it's 6.9 litres. just multiply your mileage xxkm/litre with the spare tank capacity (6.9) and you get roughly the distance left after your range hits 0

Guys, I just called one of the showrooms at my area for a test drive but apparently they said that the insight bookings will be put on hold and may only arrive next year due to the japan crisis!

Is this true?

sad.gif was suppose to be my first car...

thanks for the info.. rclxms.gif
In this case, my insight would be achieving approximately 20km/l on average for my first tank of petrol..
after the 5k/10k maintenance service, i think the fuel consumption rate will improve as per mentioned by some bros here..
Afterall, this car does meet my expectation for fuel saving.. icon_rolleyes.gif

Problem is, they lose they don't compete, they don't have cost leadership, they complaint and hope to drag me down or force to sell at higher price for equality...

If that's the case why don't you just go communism... If like that why so many people selling chicken rice some expensive some cheaper?

thought of switching/sourcing for new supplier?
dun let them think that they can dominate the market so easily...i'm sure there's still a lot of other potential suppliers out there..

We will see how after tomorrow's meeting... Hopefully I will still be able to continue sell to you guys at such price...

My salesman will be on same line with me to talk to that fxxk up manager...

He even say my salesman and me purposely throw price at forum... I think he is the one doing it that's where the imagination came from

Might be true. My SA told me they have got notification from Honda Japan & subsequently HM. Existing order also will be postpone few weeks if not months.

Congratulation to those of u already driving your Insight. Last time they bet u're stupid for booking too early, guinea pig, etc. Now i know how it feel to win a big bet. whistling.gif
