Still can running

Of course it can still run. You're good for another 100km at least. I have tested this but it is not recommended to drive on mostly empty tanks because the oxidation from the unused tank may damage the engine

It should left u about 8L, so still can drive about 80-100km but better advise to refuel.

i think it's 6.9L left.. According to the manual, the spare tank is 6.9L

What I meant whenever the fuel tank warning come up and u go refill, u will get 32L. Since our tank has 40L that make it left 8L.

if u can get 17km/l on a Honda City or other cars. I'm pretty sure you will get at least 25km/l on the Insight.

Coz you can be categorized as Hypermiler
*
Then I think I am one, City I always get around 16-18KM/L... And My Civic 11KM/L

Hi all Sifu's again,

As previously mentioned, I am helping out my friend that is conducting a research on 'Factors influencing the purchase of hybrid vehicles in Malaysia' - or basically on why people purchase hybrid cars. This is the link to the online questionnaire, basically MCQ (multiple choice questions) - make it easy for everyone to fill it in..

Please do help out as the findings of the research may potentially benefit all hybrid owners in the future =)

http://www.kwiksurveys.com/online-survey.p...IMLNKG_6905634d

Thanks thanks thanks!
P/S: This is not a survey from any commercial company, it is a survey done for academic and research purposes. LYN and the Honda Insight forum will be cited in the research, so please try your best to help out please guys! Thanks! =)
@ SteadyPana & other forumers up there - Sorry I don't really know how to do the quote - But the results that can be gathered from you guys (i.e. owners / potential owners) will be significant. If you tried the questionnaire and find it interesting, please do forward the link to your friends/relatives/neighbours etc that are either owners/ future owners of hybrid vehicles. The results will be posted here again when the research is done, you have my word!

do manual calculation, you will feel good and be very satisfied then, i reset the meter after refueling, to set it can be done through holding the up/down button, every time resetting the fc is low, but according to the manual calculation it is not the case, just now rfueling after using rm40 fuel, which clocked at 440-450km, so its about rm10 for 110 km, or about 20km/l, it is good, however the indicator showed that im using 13.9 km/l

psyeo,
noob here. sorry.
driving condition: City area. setapak, KL. night time, setapak,PJ. little jam as working time not really crash with other...
distance travel: return milage around 20KM
current FC is 10KM/L as driving 10 years Toyota Corolla SEG.
-FC that i heard is from VIOS/CIty owner tat state can achieve 16KM/L to 18KM/L

i like the car design alot.
just don't like its interior, B segment vehicle.
i'm thinking, if i should go for civic direct? as its C segment, and better interior. only thing is, FC a little little bit poor.
(no offence. hope u all dun mind)

Nope bro sony, if condition like you, I think I can get 12-15KM/L only with City, while Civic 2.0 around 9-10...

Vios wise, old one is better... New one I doubt so... No matter how you heard in Vios thread.../

morning jam at jelatek until went into akleh, then jam again, in days travel around offices in kl, evening went for akleh again then jam at jelatek again, weekends usually traveled out of kl using highways, rpm usually less than 2 unless in some situation than needs me to revved up the engine, but most of time in jam is zero (unless really hot or really long jam, then i put neutral gear and pull the hand brake, )

use the speedometer as indicator, try not to make it turn dark blue, and try to use autocruise when on highways (i did it becoz to stay within speed limit, but it also helps with fc, coz the computer also indicates fcc improvemnt a bit)

by the way, the car is actually for my wife, but it seems that she is using me as her driver instead
