p/s i have brother so this to help him
as stated above what is the best EXERCISe that HELP STRENGTHEN , SHAPE of the WRIST , 4 arm, glutes, TRICEP & SHOULDER? btw he is 14 yrs old & HAVE MAN BOOB WHAt kind of exercise that flattened the boob & what DON'T exercise shud i done? what is the trick or teknik to beat a person who way stronger & yes i have done googling , just bit of 4 mation found?

aso how to keras kan badan when wrist wrestling?

for the firming, streghtening, man boob problem and general questions.... do look thru the stickies and read up on the existing threads. you will find plenty info.
but, actually.... arm wrestling is a completely different kind of sport and im really not sure if conventional bbing methods would be of much help. sure bbers are much stronger than the average joe, but i think there is something about the technique or even training of competitive armwrestling that gives these athletes an edge. i could be wrong.... but... i have a friend who belongs to the selangor armsport association... skinny, unassuming guy... but has literally broken the forearms of opponents much bigger, muscular, and stronger-looking than himself. his uncle broke his humerus too in a competition. i also know several other people (bbers included) who have had their forearms broken or elbow joints shattered from armwrestling tournaments.
hm do we have an armwrestling thread somewhere here? in the other subforums, perhaps? i think if we do, that would be able to help you better.

For arm wrestling, just have him arm wrestle as much as he can afford without getting hurt. If you strengthen your arms too much when your tendons and joints are not conditioned yet for the amount of stress arm wrestling put on them... there is higher chances for injury.
