as stated above what is the best EXERCISe that HELP STRENGTHEN , SHAPE of the WRIST , 4 arm, glutes, TRICEP & SHOULDER?
btw he is 14 yrs old & HAVE MAN BOOB WHAt kind of exercise that flattened the boob & what DON'T exercise shud i done?
what is the trick or teknik to beat a person who way stronger & yes i have done googling , just bit of 4 mation found?
