to be honest, i think its good that aanholt, kakuta and studgy went out on loan.

all reserve players must go on loan to gain experience. the other big clubs like united and arsenal are also doing it. we are no different. all 3 players need to go out and gain the experience of playing regular high paced football before they can be integrated into the team. we might not win the premier league this season, but so what? we just won the double last year, and its no easy feat. when the young lads are back next year, they'll be better players and maybe even all of them will get more starts.

yes its tough to see that many dont make the cut, but im sure our academy knows what they're doing. im pretty sure it happens to all the academies in the world, only very few make the cut and as fans, we like all of the young lads playing for us right now, but we have to face reality that only few will remain.

Yeah, they all need games to learn something.. With games, they'll gain priceless experience

and as for Josh McEachran, he doesn't need to go out because he is playing in 5 different competitions!
Youth Cup, Reserve Games, EPL, Champions League and FA Cup.. and he is vital to the first two

oh my oh my, if CA plan to use 4-3-3 again with the following player, i hope we can scores.

Chelsea (probable, 4-3-3):
Cech;
Bosingwa, Luiz, Terry, Cole;
Ramires, Essien, Lampard;
Anelka, Drogba, Malouda.

no luiz doh.gif

New signings David Luiz and Fernando Torres are both ineligible, Luiz because he was not registered prior to the first meeting on January 29, and Torres for the same reason but also because he appeared for Liverpool in round three.-cfc.com-

my team lineup for tomolo;

---------------cech------------------
boss--ivanovic--terry--ashley-----
---------------mikel------------------
---------ramires--lampard---------
--------------anelka----------------
----------drogba-kalou------------

even i want josh but im pretty sure, lampard will play ..

Bos is out la bro. Most probably, Paolo going to fill in RB.

And for cup-tied, Torres case, for sure he cant take part in any FA cup game. How about Luiz? He still can play in the next round, right?

how i wish i could truly trust in our loan policy, but after what happened with stoch and jack cork, these days i'm not so sure. it seems if our young talents aren't the next messi/zidane/ronaldo by the time their 18/19, they hardly stand a chance. with regards to stochy, i'm quite confident he would be tearing up that right side of our 4-3-3 and rotating with nico if he was still with us. as it stands, nico went stale in that formation due to the lack of competition from kalou and the rest is history.

let's see what awaits gael and studge. i have a good feeling about danny as he's really banging them in,and if mark hughes just gives gael a full 90 mins to strut his stuff, surely he will not disappoint. as for josh who's still with us, when i watched wilshere holding his own and even shining against barca's first 11, i couldn't help but think josh is more than capable of doing that for us. somebody will simply have to make way for him in the near future, and if it was up to me i'd start blooding him more often, and as soon as possible. due to our poor record with giving loanees a chance, i'm strongly against the idea of sending him out next season. but from the looks of it that's exactly what's going to happen, so at least let's find a decent team with a similar playing philosophy to ours (from LAST SEASON, surely not this one, lol laugh.gif ) where he'll be given a chance. my vote goes to everton.

Is that dude, Ryan Bertrand gonna play?

Btw, most likely Paolo will fill in RB for us.

it do hav pro and cons actually.it's not really abt having match experience.
at the same time it's important for the players to stay within the club winning mentality

u see why fabio and rafael never went out on loan (correct rite?)

i don't think they will develop good mental strengths on clubs like scunthorpe or even coventry.

and it's not easy for the epl teams to take ur young players out on loan, unless u might be a 'premier league material'

jackcork is england youth team's captain if i'm not mistaken..but now where he is? still playing in championship team (ofcourse on loan)

mancienne? called up by capello once..but ...erhhhh having the surrounding of players who want to 'just survive' the game weekin week out is not good for them too.

and i dont think he will make the cut on the chelsea squad

hopes nothing goes wrong on bruma.
he really needs playing time..and it's important he get the good surrounding around him (facilities, quality teammates etc etc..sorry for my poor english)
