Torres runs really promising but his finishing quite not like DD before this...hit them with power...

I will give Torres until the end of this season...but I optimist we can be 3rd...and the worst case scenarios..4th...

do CA have the power to pick his assistant, or its all in RA's hand?

i have a feelings that lots of our player will leave end of this seasons..most probably Drogba, Flomo, Mikel & Bosingwa..i foreseen Neymar will come..

regarding the 1st assistant, i dun think CA have any power to choose..look wut happen when they sacked Ray..Michael came in out of nowhere..

Bosingwa - GVD Wiel..but I dont that will be a wise move...i rather stick to Bos for another 2 season...

now its clearly proven...whether we predict score or not...cfc still play sucks!....so i wanna resume back prediction score in this thread..hope u guys dont mind....i have this feeling torres will open his account sooner..maybe against manu....or copenhagen....the thing is..carlo is blur of selection of tactics & players.....for me rotation will be fruitful when some player injured...
1st choose the players that u think its fit into the formation and tactic....and used the players in their preferred position....do not force them to play in their weak position....u will not gain anything...unless that player is capable of playin any position like david...he can play any where at the back!....if i'm the coach...i will put this line-up....i dont give a damn on star players...

Agreed. He is just not. Yes, he can tackle, he can track back, but his positioning is weird. He's best to freely roam. If we can build Josh to start attack from deep, just like what Xabi Alonso and Pirlo used to do for their respective team, believe me, we can get the best out of Torres.

Okay there's just one point i'd like to make, which is; who was our assistant under the ill-fated scolari? yes that's right...ray wilkins.
there was a time where i was thinking along the lines of that theory with u guys, but its pretty clear he wasn't pulling the strings then, just as he wasn't under carlo. one thing's for sure, its difficult to keep our players 'motivated' for an extended period, and that could be a combination of the coach, with the players' old age. like i said before, the young players such as ramires and luiz seem to be naturally imbued with a fighting spirit that has long disappeared from a lot of our seniors. the obvious solution is to keep the squad at a reasonable age where motivation remains part of their psyche, since one of carlo's weakness is getting the best out of old players for an extended amount of time. (yes he did it last season, but this term our lacklustre performances have become a worrying trademark)

thankfully it looks like roman has realised this, hence his willingness to dip into his pocket. hopefully its only a matter of time before carlo decides enough is enough, and starts to properly integrate at least two out of three of our most promising players in the form of josh, studge and kakuta.
future looks fairly bright, but first we must secure that 4th spot before we can continue restructuring. KEEP THE BLUE FLAG FLYING HIGH!
