it's no brainer to drop luiz

as for CL, i dont think alex will starts. iva will be CB ferreira/bos will fight for the RB.
alex didnot play a match for toooooooooo long i think.need to recover very well.
alex is good, but he's unfit
*
against MU for the first leg i think Iva will play as CB but for the second leg..Alex is a better CB..The Tank is a monster and Iva as RB...cuz at Old Trafford we must be solid at the back..

nowadays they change the jersey every season la. tats how to generate income also.
plus, chelsea jersey is getting horrible. put up some different designs le.

one tat i like most is the reversible during ranieri-era. and the black x-static. cool mang
*
yep yep we need the extra dosh for the club's coffers. oh well. i guess we can always look forward to feasting our eyes on new designs, although not necessarily purchasing them! biggrin.gif

i remember those reversible ones! pretty neat. flex.gif

QUOTE(madfag @ Apr 1 2011, 11:42 AM)
im with hidzwan on this. alex should only get a cameo.

the united clash will be a difficult one. should iva play cb or rb? should alex be thrown right into the starting eleven?

bosingwa seriously hasnt contribute much as of late. offers little in attack, inconsistent defending. its really too bad luiz cant play in the champions league this season. hopefull torres will open the flood gates in the stoke game.
*
i think we'll have to throw alex straight into the deep end. i'm more comfortable with ashley/ivanovic vs nani who'll be interchanging between wings. just don't like the idea of the boss trying to halt the portugese winger's runs who like you've pointed out, hasn't been consistent in attacking or defending this season. its a dire state he's in at the moment, and the reason for him not getting a long term contract is clear for all to see. ramires will be tasked with shadowing nani all game, and will cover for iva's lack of speed.

torres will get the space he needs, if stoke have a go at us. if they park the bus then i expect a tight game with a good setpiece or nice threaded through ball to unlock them through the middle. our wing-play doesn't fill me with confidence atm. kalou + torres combo to start for me, although didier's exuberance in coming in as an impact sub recently, means i don't mind him having a go from the first minute either smile.gif

Bosingwa just need to improve his final balls. His runs is superb, but when time to cross, always lousy. His defending is more aggresive than iva, so Nani sure easily trick pass him, scared blink.gif

i think CA will put ferreira to deal with nani.

what happen to him mang. during mourinho era, he was great, though not that great, as mourinho said "Paulo will never get a mark of 10 out of 10 in a game or even nine, but neither will he ever get below a seven or an eight"

and bosingwa before his injury shows so much talent, his constant run, and crosses, now he's like not effective at all.

Carlo won Manager of the month for March while our new brazilian superstar David Luiz won Player of the month. Congratulation to both of them.

Oh Fuuuuuuuu. Players who get this award always get cursed and play badly the following month. Hope Luiz is an exception

blink.gif I thought I am the only one with this superstition?
True, just take Wenger as an example. He got the award, then Arsenal slip in the following month
And Bolton's player, Elmander. Has been banging goals but after he got the award, he got no goal anymore.

Scary. doh.gif

Added on April 2, 2011, 7:47 amand by the way, is it Luiz the first player to get "player of the month" on his first BPL month?

Nathaniel Chalobah captained England Under 17s to a notable victory. England U17s join hosts Serbia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Romania in Tuesday's draw for the Finals.

England U16s side is managed by former Chelsea player Kenny Swain and the three Chelsea Academy players involved were Ali Gordon and John Swift who have played for the youth team this season, and Fankaty Dabo. Also in the squad was Charlton Academy player Diego Poyet, son of another former Chelsea player and current Brighton manager Gustavo Poyet.

Torres and Kalou had a slight knock after coming back from internationals. Should be no problem.

I want Drogba's physical. So it's Drogba-Torres for me. I really hope Malouda can perform and Torres to score goal. Come on!

Drogba and Torres for me too. I mean, they say they don't work together but they should do whatever it takes to make they do. Just need more match time. But whoever playing upfront, they should rotate strikers like Ancelloti said. It's a very good plan IMO.

We dont have ego problem anymore...both DD and Nic already express their feeling about being on bench and rotation policy...at least for now..

will be a hard day for torres since huth n shawcross in defence. both hv physical advntage ovr torres. drogba would be great addition but i don't think CA will field him aftr his international duty. he might come in as half time sub for either torres or anelka. i prefer zhirkov to play at LM but he kinda hv long trip back from intnl game. malouda is rubbish atm but we dont hv any decent back up for that position.
