why do you want 2.1 bro, go 2.2 mah. I'm currently on 2.2.1 smile.gif..happy with the stock rom + speedmod kernel <3....

2.2 banyak makan battery ler sad.gif i dunno why . maybe it has more features than 2.1, thats why makan battery sad.gif im currently on the latest version of darky's , tak puas with the battery lifetime. sikit sikit guna, banyak2 makan itu battery. unplugged out from charger terus jump down to 95-96%

unless you dig old voodoo kernels, they are compatible with 2.1

i'm the stock rom addict before.. starting last 2 month only using custom rom..

my experience.. using 2.2.1 more good..
phone more smooth, battery life more good..

and if apply speed mod.. more better.. smile.gif

how long have you got your phone? and how many times you have charge it?
usually after few days of cycle your batt should be okay, make sure you dont have any apps eating your battery, and also watch out for the galllery bug
