ahpinko: brighter... its kinda too under, coz the KLCC suppose to have the ID4 ray into the sky... and try turn ur WB to 2500. see what will happen

like that become super blue..lol..btw, last night tried using F42 again..and i failed miserably again..using Manual mode...iso 800 on F2.2 and 1/25..without flash is much nicer than with F42 with auto settings..

sifu, enlight me..lol..how u normally make use of ur external flash unit..why i keep on failed..tried many times..

i am shooting portrait in room...at first i am using F2.2 in A mode...without any flash on iso 800...nicely lit..but i want to make some creative lighting portrait..so i use my F42...i just turn it on and let be Fully Auto..and attached onto my body..in Fill-Flash..A mode F2.2 iso 800...come out not well lit..without flash is so much nicer..then i tried to switch it to 1/32 power..come out super damn overbrighten..

next time when I need something
like the a33, the last time i asked in Penang was RM2050, KL price i think around 2100-2200.
ask him come KL or Penang open shop wei, hahaha

just ignore that la..i cant even make a normal well lit picture with a F42..what a LOL!.. ..flash problem or my problem?..isnt the fully auto mode can at least give a decent normal output(correct exposure)?

that the point, blue light look so much sweeter then tungsten light. imagine all the great night shots u shoot... even night sky look better in blue and KLCC suppose to be blue even in daylight, so night time, the ori color is still blue

if more competition, should be cheaper ma
simple economics, cheaper = higher demand and more sales to offset the lower nett profit due to cheaper price

ok, so what's your definition of a well lit picture? why not you post your picture here then we comment lor. very hard to guess leh correct exposure depends on many factors also ma.....

melaka rental cheaper, that's why he can afford to give cheaper prices.

check your flash mode inside the body, is it pttl or adi? and check the flash compensation, should be 0.

ahpingko, iso800, F2.2 in a normal house room, 1/32 is too much.

wireless mode flash 1/32 power, my room florescent light is not seen in this photo..


wireless mode flash 1/4 power..this for me is called creative lighting coz flash is not on hotshoe..

btw, my question..this is in my room and i m using prime..what if i am at the restaurant where area is big and cant use bounce flash and i m using kit lens...lowest is F3.5-F5.6..using iso 1600 will have alot noise..is it recommended to go up iso1600??..i am shooting at low iso all the time so when i see the grains at iso 1600, i feel very weird...

and the photo in this attempt, with flash and without got no diference..i mean in pic #1&#2..so what is the point of using flash in this scenario?..i m blurred..

ahpingko, ur understanding with exposure is wayyyyy off, this i can say.

here the few keys,

why iso800? and u know how it affect ur photo and WB? with and without flash.
why F2.2? and u know how it affect ur photo and WB? with and without flash.

do u know when mount flash and fire, the AWB is lock to Flash AWB? hence its fixed 5500k. and it was affected by above 2 settings?

i think i going to write a long article bout AWB with and without flash, and how below F4, and above iso800 affect the color of ur WB.
