So I had to figure out how to sole the problem on my own.

I use Huawei Mifi E587 (Huawei E587 MIFI did has a connector for external antenna). I'm not sure it needs any converter/pigtail or not.

Btw can the antenna install outside the building like TV antenna?

as long as the device equpped with a connector for external 3g antenna, then no problem. converter pigtail cable is always available.
