In reference to C11763746, our technical team has found no technical issues at the site serving your area. However, upon further investigation, it is identified that the area has marginal 3G coverage for outdoor and indoor could be weaker depending on penetration loss, building structure and geographic constraints. We regret to inform that currently, there is no new plan site at the concerned location.

"

So I had to figure out how to sole the problem on my own.

I use Huawei Mifi E587 (Huawei E587 MIFI did has a connector for external antenna). I'm not sure it needs any converter/pigtail or not.

Btw can the antenna install outside the building like TV antenna?

Feedback time. Coolstore thanks for the 3G Yagi antenna, it did help solve my problem. Now I can pick up 3G/3G+ 75%~100% full bar compare to previously 0% bar at all. To my surprise the signal very stable. Will post a photo how I installed the 3G Yagi antenna at my house when I'm free.
