226?
got free Sig edition Ka-Bar knife right?
Yep, Kiwi and OZ SAS

The X-Five doesn't come with it sad.gif

A normal 226 would cost me 1299 but I wanted SAO and a 1911 style safety in a SIG package. Unfortunately, only the only thing that came close was the SIG Sauer P226 X-Five Tactical.

Also comes with RAILZZZZZZ and a longer slide and barrel (1 inch longer with bull barrel), with all parts being worked on by SIG Mastershop people.

I still do read Malaysian Defence simply to know what the opinions are on 'the other side'. To his site's credit however, it's still somewhat better than going through the pile of crap that is Utusan Malaysia Today. whistling.gif

Still, whenever I saw this:

Meanwhile, Zahid defended the Shipborne Protection Team commandos for not using unnecessary force in capturing the pirates.

Foreign reports claimed the Malaysian commandos had treated the pirates with kid gloves.

"The commandos did a good job, with minimal risk to our crew and vessel and without the loss of lives," said Zahid, hitting back at reports that the Malaysian commandos were passive, unlike their South Korean counterparts who killed eight pirates in another rescue operation.

"Our mission was a success without loss of lives. All this was done without compromising the safety of the crew and vessel."
