flashgun uses the AA batteries in the flashgun
*
I know laugh.gif

What i mean is using flashgun will also draw power from camera battery vis hotshoe or not. I dont mean can flashgun use camera battery to function or not sweat

Since they communicate each other , transfer the message to each other.

For me , i use good filter(Hoya HD my choice but you can consider B+W xs-pro) for better len , the example of better len : 50mm 1.4g , 85mm 1.4g , 70-200 and so on , (p/s : i did not say other len not good ar , dont flame me )

like kit-len , i just use normal filter only.

QUOTE(aldosoesilo @ Feb 9 2011, 11:26 PM)
yeah I suppose 70mm will be good enough for bokeh since focal length affect bokeh.
anyway look at some sample picture taken with it. I like the sharpness.
hmm.gif I have noob question here. how do you take these picture?
how to take from this perspective?

and mind to tech me how to do panning?
*
For panning , you can use M / Shutter priority

but i use Shutter priority set the shutter speed 1/30 or lower.

I always focus then when someone walking , click the shutter speed then i use my waist to move my camera (dont use hand , might be shaky) to the direction that person move .This is what i experience , someone correct me if im wrong . i m just sharing my experience.

You need to keep practice at home , you can shoot ur mum , friend when they walking ,

@aldo i tested , my hand sweating when holding d3100+35mm+sb-900 same goes with sb-700 , abit hard to hold but it is okay for me although bit tired. but i need flash badly so i keep tell myself forget about the tiredness and enjoy shooting !
