p/s: on a side note, Amex do have more courteous CS and less hassle getting to the CS. Even the phone line is quite clear. Unlike other banks whom lets you press a long list of numbers and wait for sometime before getting to an CS. Also, sometimes the other bank's phone line also not that clear.

5) For Maxis, Celcom and DiGi, you can go directly to the centre and fill in form there. But nowadays DiGi damn troublesome, need to call CS even at DiGi centre to register card thru phone
I have been saying all along, AMEX CS the most courteous and second to none
BUT I still think you should have gotten Maybankard 2 Cards instead of AMEX's AMEX Platinum. Unless you tell me you want free entry to airport lounges and you dine at Shangrila then AMEX plat is the card to have.
