the washing tag for this shirt is always underneath the blue umbro tag at the collar, haven't seen any with washing tag sewn near to the hem, only see made in England one at the collar there before

Did you use UPS service? If so, man utd store will send you a email which contains the tracking no. for tracking at UPS website. at first, I guessed you are using UPS since your order value was about RM400 but you said it was delivered on 28th Dec, UPS wouldn't take so long, so i think you are using Standard service which is Royal Mail, which normally takes about two weeks time for delivery. You can contact them after 15 days from the time they shipped out to make inquiry

Yeah, thats the way they refund the money back to you by means of what payment method you used.

I have experience that they were not able to refund the money back to my credit card, they then asked whether i am ok to have a discount voucher instead

You have no problem to buy DVD's from UK, but please bear in mind that they are in region code 2, which is different from Malaysia which is in region code 3. Some player which is coded will not compatible with the DVD's, unless you have decoded your player. As for player that is uncoded, you wouldn't have any problem to play the DVD's

looks like the starball has been printed wrongly, what i meant is the angle of the star, not the patch position, the correct angle is like the Scholes 18 shirt above if you comparing with the picture in united direct

they used to have Royal Mail International Signed for, but now they already outsource the delivery to third party to handle and it cost you a bomb, if i not mistaken, shipping to MY cost over GBP50 by courier service. They seems like have some link with sportsdirect

very common things happen to Subside, i personally have quite a lot of such experiences since i organise the Subside's bulk, if you need any updates on your order, always email them and they are quite efficient on reply the email. As you can see from their web page, they have many website cater for different countries, so its logic that some of their items scatter in different warehouse. For example, if you order a football shirt for team in Bundesliga, very likely your shirt is in their German warehouse, generally it takes 4-7 days for them to ship to UK and i am sure they have scheduled delivery from their warehouse to UK, if you miss the boat, then have to wait for another boat, haha, so it takes time

For the Man Utd Away Jersey comes complete with Respect patch and Starball patch, you can get at Man Utd megastore, its definitely cheaper than you buy in MY, but they don't have the NNs at the moment though.

If i not mistaken, Ali normally selling UCL NNs at RM99 but of course they will provide free printing service to you when you purchase NNs from them

if i not mistaken, player will wear flock in the final, but the retail version is PU
