Beware that not necessary there must be a white tag beneath the blue Umbro tag with sizing information in cm, it can be a tag with some country flags on it with sizing info in height, inches for respective country. Sometimes it can be sewn inside the shirt near the hem but no white tag beneath the blue Umbro tag. Or both near the hem and beneath blue umbro tag also have tag

haha, may be its confusing with no pictures shown to you

I think pictures in wiggy's is PI, but the real item they send is Replica, those pictures should be the marketing material provided by Nike to the retailer

As far as i concerned knowing from a friend, the freight charges have been revised to RM287.16 and other amount according to weight is basically because of the request from CAPEC (The Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers) who represent the interests in Asia of the world’s leading integrated express delivery services companies: DHL, FedEx, TNT and UPS

Custom has granted their wishes till end of the year, so all the freight charges by courier service from all over the world will be refering to the TACT rate by IATA as reference. However, i am not sure whether all the courier companies use the same practice, so far i only know UPS.

Although its ridiculous, just like many things, unless you are very persistence to go for a fight, if not, what we can do is only accept and find other ways

Its not applicable for ISF since its not a courier service

Technically i would say its taxable since its over RM500 and it still go through custom which you can see there is custom stamp "dilepaskan" on the package. But the freight charges wouldn't be applied on standard airmail.

I share the same sentiment as you, we paid the amount as quoted in the invoice but they have other interpretation. Being caught then learned the hardway, haha

sorry and no offense to you, are you sure you have had successfully negotiate this kind of issue with UPS if your purchase is deemed to be taxed?

Please bear in mind that the current freight charge amount they are using now is RM287.16, you won't exempted from the tax if you are using UPS and the order amount is GBP60 + GBP11.85
