QUOTE(Ultraman2000 @ Aug 22 2012, 10:32 AM) No money liao la... Go try to dig about Jusco from Metrokajang. Nadayu is not involved in it let alone the sales staff.Btw, I asked the SA about new Jusco, she has no confidence to commit anything. But, the fly over is something in progress..but expected few years to make it feasible.. |

But 1 thing la. If Nadayu itself ever flood ah, I would say that probably 80, 90% of Kajang or South of KL would be under water. Its on pretty high ground.

I would probably go for optimus's choice as well.. rent it and foot for the interest a bit.. probably looking at RM50k+ appreciation per annum for the next few years for this one.. Coming from the series of developments coming up and also after occupancy and completion of the whole Nadayu project.. Might have some chance for more if all the catalysts comes in smoothly and fast..

QUOTE(ctyyc @ Dec 19 2012, 09:44 AM) I hope it is not relocate to border between Nadayu & Kajang 2. If that is the case the HTC will be very close to Nadayu already. It would be a bit silly for Kajang 2 to do that as they will make the line much longer within Kajang 2. Because one end starts at the North East side while the other is the more northern West side. If they were to extend to the South it be silly. Number 2 is, they have planned for their retention pond and low, mid cost to be on the North West section. Well, being a profit oriented developer they would want to place it on that side rather than their profitable sides. |

QUOTE(ctyyc @ Dec 19 2012, 03:01 PM) Well, current HTC also quite near to Kajang 2 Phase 1 2S in the middle and also Phase 4 Semi-D & Bungalow at the North East. It is also besides their Phase 2 2.5S & Semi-D in the South. So really dont know whether will they relocate it. Another issue is the cost of relocation might be a hurdle for them to implement the relocation. Base on their current Master Layout, it seems that it will remain at current location. But hopefully it will be underground as Optimus said which will benefit everyone. This actually sounds bad but. They probably won't want to sacrifice future sales. To them, Phase 1 and some semi-Ds have already been sold, so there is less obligation of the developer to improve their welfare further as compared to ensuring their future sales. But yeah, definitely underground will be an excellent solution for everyone. Even the developer themselves will benefit from better sales and reputation. |

Just some updates.
I managed to confirm the flyover is being built already. The HTC alignment in Kajang 2 will only change slightly only, won't be much. Basically don't have to bother about it. Got some updates that Kajang 2 will have a Shopping mall, Hotel, Corporate office, entertainment areas, indoor sports area, medical centre and convention centre. The private and international school is expected to be operational in early 2014. This post has been edited by Lcsx: Jan 8 2013, 11:16 AM |

QUOTE(Talbac @ Jan 10 2013, 03:30 PM) I always think the completion date is more important than starting date as delays for bridges/highways is a perpertual habit in Malaysia. Where are the works progressing now? Haha that you gotta go there to check. I rarely ever go into Kajang 2. Maybe once in 1/2 a year... maybe... I hadn't gone there anytime recently.. But they are probably at an early stage. |

QUOTE(hazleen @ Mar 23 2013, 11:32 PM) Earlier in the year the rain was abnormal. So construction was slow. After that Chinese New Year. Contractors tend to really slack for the month then. Now it is approaching elections. Approvals are more difficult during this period.Structurally though. The thing is more or less complete already. Just some aesthetics stuff. QUOTE(hazleen @ Mar 27 2013, 04:45 PM) Yeah sure. Actually the rain was really abnormal too end of last year. From what I heard they have put in the submissions for relevant approvals already. Probably mostly in the hands of the Town councils and approvers now. No issue except for the fact near elections as I said |

QUOTE(Pezu @ Mar 28 2013, 10:36 AM) It' quite sad in reality politics has its influence in this. This is the second case i heard such delay by authority: pkns's BBB section 4 tambahan experiencing the same scenario. Tired of this stupidity, general public interest is blatantly being played out by small number of political egoists, MALU DAN DOSA are not in their dictionary. Really dissapointed. Actually it is very common Pezu. I can tell you many projects had especially had their launches delayed because of changes in the town council. I personally know quite a few and I am not even working in a development firm. From what I can share is their requirements for development orders changed as the town council changes. Well but handover of property not so complicated la at least. This post has been edited by Lcsx: Mar 28 2013, 10:41 AM |

QUOTE(AMINT @ Apr 3 2013, 02:37 AM) guys, i got 2 questions: Hi AMINT,1) where is tnb room? in the middle of nadayu 92, right in between type D 2.5 storeys, right? 2) where is the HTC? Only near the semi-d and bungalows, right? Yeah the TNB Room 1. is at the 2.5 storeys cluster. The 2nd one is at the southern west tip of the development near the main road. The HTC is at the northern side at Kajang 2. Its a good 1/2 km away from the middle of Nadayu. The closest unit in Nadayu is 350m away. |
