quartz vs mech/Auto?
a quick summary
- quartz more accurate than mech
- mech more expensive than quartz
- resale value of quartz is weaker than mech
- it cost more to service a mech
- it takes 30mins to change a battery, a mech full service is at least 1 week long
- change battery every 2-3yrs for quartz, mech service interval is every 5yrs
- water get into movement - quartz may need a replacement. Mech just a service and re-oil.

bvlgari cosc will still hard to flip, compare to a rolex non cosc or pam 000 which is also non cosc

sidetrack, my observation on the second hand watch in the forum, easiest to flip is non other than a seiko samurai especially the titanium one, still no luck in getting one.. aiseh
