guys, im looking at a second watch, after getting the tissot classic dream. i;ve been doing a little searching around online, the wenger commando chrono is awesome. so which would you guys choose, a PRC 200 chrono tissot or a wenger commando chrono? might i say they are at the same price range and same playing field?

QUOTE(ck77 @ Aug 12 2011, 03:48 PM) I would say go for Wenger as you already have a Tissot. thanks ck! after long hard consideration, that's how i felt too. hehe. by the way, i do not have experience buying watches on ebay, or online as a matter of fact. but i see many watch sellers on ebay, including the trusted sellers which have many great feedback, they have very attractive prices. say the wenger above here would cost from 400USD++ which is the retail, they sell about 100-200USD less? whats the deal? haha.

QUOTE(deriku @ Aug 14 2011, 11:08 PM) I'm curious to know if anyone have had any problems with the Malaysian customs when shipping watches from abroad, i.e. being charged 'tax' (or perhaps solicited for a bribe). Have received 6 watches without problems myself but wondering if I have just been lucky so far... Yeah, that's a good question. But glad to know you have gotten 6 watches with no issues:) That's good news for me;p

QUOTE(Chinoz @ Aug 15 2011, 09:28 AM) Prices are approximately off the top of my head, based on enquiries made a couple of months back. 14060M ~18k 16610 ~21k 116610 ~25k love the submariner, but cant afford one, that's why will be getting a seiko SNZF17K1 something for an everyday use as the disappointing part about my tissot, no lume. i cant tell time at night.

QUOTE(DataWraith @ Aug 20 2011, 10:35 AM) Hi, I too have a question bout certina watches. Like u, I came across a model at the store ( http://www.certina.com/Collection/Gent-Aut...42-69.aspx?pi=0 ). The actual watch looks really good in real and it cost about RM5K+ before discount. I wonder if Certina and Tissot are in the same tier coz there is not much mention bout Certina watches in watch forums if compared to Tissot. Really appreciate if anyone can share opinions on Certina. Thanks ya. I would like to know about certina too edit : done some digging online.. click here for some info comparing the prc 200 and certina's podium, which i may say, looks similar in a few ways..
