hi guys.. i've been browsing these thread..too many info until my head spin. I'm totally noob on watches.
I'm not a watch collector & currently i only own a Seiko Kinetic..hehe.
i think its high time that i add a dress watch and also a crono..therefore

i need advise from you guys on how to go about this..as from what i read.. it's more cheaper to buy outside of shop eg. from online & grey importers. My budget is arounf rm1.3k each.
Thanks in advance.

How about a tissot prc 200? smile.gif should be within your budget.

can get seiko 5 or a simple chronograph seiko below rm500.. but im 22, i think seiko will not suit me well. hehehe.. seiko brand sounds too old for a student like me.. meanwhile, swatch design nowadays so lala one la. haha.. not into swatch.

maybe Fossil. what about Titus?? a good bargain? Tommy Hilfiger costs around rm400, also in mind.
*
if you get grey market ones, or you know the right shops to look for, you can find seiko military style chronos (which are quite simple and nice) at that range.

seiko 5s?

SNZF17 ( which i acquired a week back, and still excited about it)

SNZF45 (neo monster) how not to love this at 22? tongue.gif

will anyone invest in a tissot seastar 1000 (2011 model) chrono auto with a Calibre C01.211, which was supposed to be a cheaper version of a voljoux 7750, and priced at RM3k +/-?

Invest in a tissot? I dunno.. at RM3k seems expensive... my RM1.5k voljoux 7750 is on the way over from germany its so cheap i cant resist to take a look.. atleast it would make interesting dinner conversation.. "Wow, yours is 20k? Oh mine cost around Petaling Street price" hahaha  brows.gif
*
that's very true. your referring to your visodate right? that's double the price, and yet, a movement that's "cheaper" than the voljoux. hrmm..

the seastar 1000 i have to admit, is bloody handsome. from its previous model, wow.
