at approximately 93k km @ 3yrs, my radiator fan failed! got it replaced original denso for RM300 including installation.. maybe can get cheaper if i bought it on my own at spare parts shop.. my radiator is denso, so need to use denso lor.. if apm radiator the fan motor is a lot cheaper..
very heartache to see the denso is made in indonesia.. lol

my windscreen oso got scratch...is it anyway can resolve it?
I find out the HU must always open till volume 18-20, then only can listen the music clearly.
Is it problem on my speaker? or this is so call "persona speaker is like that one..."

i do add on 2 extra speaker, but i can't feel it at all...
Maybe the guy that help me install speaker, no skill....

Mine also same.. Got scratches on the windscreen near the bottom.. Just realised these few days when heavy rain and needed to use the wiper a lot.. So can see the scratches becoming more obvious..

Me also using Bline.. I normally blast music in car.. U need to set the tune the EQ settings in ur radio.. Increase the treble and bass.. Then when slow cruising in the middle of the might 8 also can hear ady.. But then must see how sensitive are ur ears also lah.. If u always go clubbing, got permanent hearing damage ady, confem lah 8-10 also cannot hear one.. 

There is really a lot a lot of ppl.. Even those who made appointment in the afternoon also they dont want to accept ady.. haha.. Was in the reception room just now and i heard the fella complaint..
No need call i care.. I brought out the incharge fella.. His name is Hasbollah.. Damn lanci.. I screw him ady.. 7mins later 1 technician took my car now in the service bay.. They are replacing the power steering assembly now..  
CoSE is reknown for their slow service.. But then at least they have the spare parts to get things done lah..

@scattygirl, about the handbrake feeling very soft, its the brake pads problem.. I just drove a fellas Hline just now.. His handbrake is super solid.. Very strong feel.. But his car feels a bit too light for my liking.. OMG the brakes were wonderful.. haha.. Did handbrake turn with ease.. XD The guy was peeking at my computer then he saw he on lyn forum.. So he started lah asking all kinds of questions.. lol.. Recommended him to use denso and works engineering filter as well as esso synergy 5000.. He was using syntium 800 and Shell 97 all this while.. His car felt laggy, lack of low end power, but his car felt amazingly light.. compared to my car.. There is something different that cant be explained.. Probably its due to the alloy rims being way lighter and better for handling..

Shoot him ady.. But pity him also lah.. He explained to me earlier ady that the car will only be ready around 5pm.. Cos there is really too many ppl.. sien.. kiasu ppl everywhere.. 

Btw xandras i asked the rims price ady.. Its Rm2.4k for the gunmetal color with tires.. Currently out of stock and need to wait for new stock to arrive first..

Nvm here are the pics.. The original ones the highlighted pipe is wrong.. Its actually the pipe underneath the highlighted pipe.. Notice how the other tube part that is connected to the body just right below the blue part there? Its been replaced by a flexible rubber hose instead as per 2nd pic.

1) Yeah all SC are aware of this as its a common identified prob. However if u were to go to other SC they will have to see it first then order the parts, then u have to go again when the parts arrives. For COSE they will say they need to order parts too, but show them a black face then they will replace for u immediately.. But they will service ur car taking their own sweet time.. Better idea would be to make an appointment, then go there ask them to replace it, say u forgot to bring the order slip.. If they ask u the SC got call u to inform the parts are ready, then just say yes thats y u came to service.

2) Yeah its the same metal knocking sound.. And no orifice valve does not solve the problem, it sounds as seem the problem is solved but it still came back.. More like just a placebo effect only lah..
Yeah.. I noticed the piping are very messy and excessive too.. And u can see they tie up a lot of piping together with those zip-cords.. I see u have insulated ur aircond pipe also in ur pics last time.. Where do i get those insulators ah?

The thinner the core, the lesser the voltage required to jump the gap, that means lesser misfiring.. As the plugs get old, the gap becomes bigger and bigger.. So the voltage required also will increase causing misfiring.. If use a thinner core, even as the gap becomes bigger the voltage requirement still remains around the same.. So it will still create a bigger and stronger spark than normal.. Denso also more branded mah.. Yeah as long as the plug specs are right any head also can use..
for semi-sync RM79 only. I bought at Carrefour.. Fully sync Castrol Edge is RM160..
Try dismantle first.. Then see if the O2 sensor can be replace back properly.. If still cannot means have to go to SC to set back the ECU to default settings..

New Campro engines do not use plug cables anymore.. Nowadays all modern engines are using ignition coils to provide better spark and voltage instead..
NGK titanium are cheap cos they are using titanium, the melting point of titanium are lower than iridium.. Thats y iridium plugs can last up to 100k km.. The higher cost of iridium plugs pays off with better power, lesser FC and also longer lifespan.. I have posted Dyno proven results of misfiring by plugs together with the bulk order.. It should explain the difference between NGK, Bosch plat iridium super +4 and Denso iridium 0.4mm plugs.. The difference are huge..
LOL.. All those potential power not fully harnessed yet..  Later once reset properly ady ur car can compete with Civic 1.8..    Btw what petrol are u using?
Not too sure though.. But magnatec oil has a special formula that clings onto the metal compared with other oil.. Its proven though.. Last time in my house i always use the balance of magnatec to oil the gate joints to prevent squeking.. It last longer than WD-40..

Ada personarian do engine transplant? Want to know what engine can fit inside.

Or what turbo can be added. Might consider do after warranty over or after 1 year.
