so, if 13" TimelineX didnt sell well again this time, a major factor should be Acer Sales And Services Sdn Bhd's lazy ass for bringing it in soooooooooo late....

Major authorised Acer sellers get their stocks directly from Acer, not from distributors like for example Servex.

Hello guys may I know why my system rating is different from other.Is it normal or the computer problem.

Try charging it with the adaptor as I see your screenshot says that u cannot test the windows index score while on battery.

Maybe I should rephrase my sentence..

I know Acer is top selling brand in Malaysia, mainy is due to their price being the lowest compared to other brands and a lot of users are real budget users unlike us all in the forum who have a choice of limiting our budget as we like.. For them they have no choice but to get the cheapest option available... The Market for 1.5k-2.5k is probably the biggest in Malaysia and I am guessing Acer dominated it..
However, what we are talking about here is the 3k-4k Market.. Users at this budget range are able to extend ther budget and they can consider many different brands.. Given the same specs of Acer and Asus at the same price, I believe 7/10 of them would choose Asus over Acer.. Do you even have much ppl buying Ethos from you? For 4.2k, I am betting most of the ppl of this class would extend few hundred bucks more to get a ROG from garage sales.. Moreover Ethos is Acer's premium series also..

agreed. the most common are people looking for laptops 1.5k-2.5k due to our currency. thats why especially here in east malaysia, resellers and even distributors dont keep stock of higher end laptops like 3k+ we have to order it from kl. heck this even applies to desktop i7 processors. but from what i see those with bigger budgets go for xps, toshiba, hp pavillion or mbp and people buying laptops online here is rare...

Coming from Kota Kinabalu myself, I can see that most of our laptops sold are low-med specs laptop only... I can hardly find any good-spec ones.. If got also need to order or wait...
