guys.1 quick & nooby question.
i bought the Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY,but it's a hassle to download thru steam,since i got limited bandwidth, and i was reserving it for the Portal 2 download.

so,can I use any ISO, & link them to the CD key i purchased thru steam? if yes, how to do so? thanks in advance

cannot, since steam version uses securom built into the game. and the files from the iso or whatever are probably out dated.

so,if i want to use the steam key,i got no choice but to download them thru steam? how about using a saved/burned steam backup?

you can ask someone to buy their steam backup for u.

Try this, install from iso, make a copy of the game dir, uninstall, download about 1% steam till all the files have been populated, then copy over the steam populated files with your copy of the game directory, verify the game files through the steam client and hopefully steam will make whatever corrections it needs to the files and you should have a perfectly legal copy. At least that's how i have done it in the past.

Something wrong with PhysX? Try disable PhysX setting first..

u mean uninstall physx??

Not really uninstall, but try updating the latest graphic card driver or NET. framework...If problem still occurs, try disable physx in-game setting..I think it can be set before starting the game as well..

You pay Steam providers the quoted price & they'll send you the game via email. In the email, you'll just have to click on the link to tie the game to your Steam account.
