heh, good for u.
while my C Drive at 70% full
i refrain myself from buying from steam~ unless some cheap ass offer above 75%
*
My cut off point is at least 50% (depends on games)

New games depends whichever is cheaper (if sequel, whether the first is in Steam), retail cheaper I get retail, DD cheaper I get from DD.

My games' list is now 100 exactly. Well, at least in the menu for installed games. tongue.gif

It's taking over about 400gbs worth of space in my 720gb drive. I think I need to get a new drive soon. Left with about 60 gbs. >_>"

PS. I paid RM 139 for Batman and I enjoyed it for almost 2 years before Steam made it RM 30. I do not regret that purchase one bit.

Yeah, U buy first and u play first... It is just like buying computer gadgets... Even the price drop later, u should not be able to regret since u have played it ady compared to others still waiting to buy the games... But of course, u should choose the games u like... There is no right and wrong... Every people has different perception... And this is the unique of human kind... smile.gif

The ghostbuster game looks a lot like that free alien game using the Source Engine a few months back.

Steam client update integrates Skype voice codec

QUOTE
Valve released an update for the Steam client today, with the primary change bringing a hefty improvement to the quality of voice chat. This system is now used by Steam itself, but it's also available for all games that use the Steamworks Voice API.
Steam's voice chat system now leverages the SILK audio codec, developed and used by Skype, makers of the world's most popular voice communication service. The SILK codec provides a significant quality improvement over Steam's previous voice technology, at the cost of some increase in bandwidth usage. Steam Voice used to require 15 kbps of bandwidth, whereas SILK is a dynamic bit rate protocol which varies in its use of bandwidth between 8 and 30 kbps, depending on the range of data in the voice signal and current network conditions.
Here's the full list of changes for the patch:
Changed Steam Voice chat to use the SILK voice codec
Fixed Mac OSX overlay occasionally disappearing after 10+ minutes in game
In game overlay for Mac OSX now handles cursor visibility better; specifically in the Sam & Max series.
Fixed Mac OSX overlay responding correctly when window is reactivated by mouse click.
Maximizing the Windows client should no longer prevent the user from accessing an auto-hidden taskbar
The overlay will now automatically return to the game when accepting a friend invite
Improved voice ducking prevention
Fixed position of game invites in the chat dialog
Improved handling of last modified times for cloud files.

There was sort of a demo for DoW Retribution before the game was released.

Do the game demo get stuck in your game list (both community and actual list) after deleting it?

If you are talking about Retribution's beta, it didnt stay in your list, it simply disapeared on the day of release.

But now you can't get into beta obviously smile.gif

I want to read that.

Quite surprised with Apple though, I thought they might wanna keep digital market for mobile devices to themselves.
