Wht kind of map does it use?

I don't know because I have data on all the time when I use it. Tell you what, I'll give it a shot without data on later and report back.

Yes opinions in that thread were inclined to all tweaks-on. I'll probably test it myself for a few days.

Hi there, anyone on Speedmod K12Q?

I just flashed it and I am wondering if I should enable any of the tweaks.

Read from that thread that disabling tweaks gave more batt life?
I have. It is by far the best one for me.
*
I'm on tongue.gif yes, there're people mentioning that disabling tweaks give better batt life in tat thread. But I don't think so provided that u enabled all the recommended tweaks. u might want to try that out urself. compare idle and when it's running smile.gif

My experience is no impact on battery life. I have enable all tweak and lagfix also. Just experience it for one day. And yesterday flash to Darky extreme rim with voodoo. Phone smoother than speedmod k12t alone but baterry drain faster. Tonight will flash it again using speedmod kernel instead of voodoo.

for beginners u can learn more about one click lag fix, rooting those stuffs to speed up ur phone. but u have to make sure ur 3 button combo is working.
switch off ur phone.. after that..
1. Volume up + Home + power button. release all buttons when the Galaxy S I9000 screen shows up. u'll be inside what's called RECOVERY MODE

and...

2. Volume down + Home + power button. release all buttons when the Galaxy S I9000 screen shows up. u'll be inside what's called DOWNLOAD MODE

if these are working, then u're fine to root and flash custom rom for ur phone.
head over here for more info on customisation and custom rom for ur phone http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=656

And go Google up for those that u don't understand. u'll learn eventually.. feel free to ask here anytime too biggrin.gif welcome to the club rclxms.gif

Try to backtrack to what you did differently the first time you used it.

If it worked the 1st time, means that it is fine so long as you are still within the 7day trial period. Unless, you changed some settings after that.

Yes by load but I use Watchdog.

I can replicate this almost everytime when I press Home on a few apps (Did that on Angry birds, Fruit Ninja, 2 tabs of Internet & calendar). Scroll app drawer a few times and then checking Watchdog. Give that a shot tongue.gif

I don't get that spike when I am on stock, even having 12-15 apps in background.

I have try out the K12Q. Slightly faster than stock 2.2.1. Really scare to flash on the first time. Now is testing the Darky 9.0.2 with voodoo kernel. Everthing except call log is smooth and fast. However battery drain really fast. Did you experience the same?
