My friends got me a pair of Crossroads Quattro last May. The left side stopped working a few weeks back, so I brought the headphones back to Jaben last Sunday to get it repaired.

After showing the staff there my warranty card, he checked my headphones, and checked it to make sure that it was really faulty.

After that, I was given a new set as a replacement.

Kudos Jaben for the great customer service. Keep up the good work guys! : )

Hey does Jaben sell pads that fits Grados? Thinking of getting one to test them out. I tried my SR60i without the pads and the sound is much less restricted and volume is higher(which made me turn down the volume on my DAP). So thinking of getting one of those "donut" earpads. I would like to be able to switch between earpads so doing a quarter mod on the stock is out of the question.

Not looking into buying one now, just seeing whether Jaben has them or not. smile.gif

All the grado's use the same pad =D
Im using GS1000 pad, the largest.
Yes will feel the volume is much lower but that is ok.
Yuheng told me just put more volume when using this pad.

I like how they open up the sound a bit more. Actually I found the volume to be a bit louder without the pad covering up the driver.

Eventually I'm gonna remove the rear venting grille, then change the cables, and replace the housing.....and so on...but that's for when it is out of warranty. I'm looking around the net for some decent DIY mod tutorial. tongue.gif

Feels more alive, the vocals are more forward than ever. The details is more than just pairing with stepdance alone. Bass seems to have more body, more refine and tighten. The instruments separations are most insane than just pairing it with the amp alone.
Overall its quite an improvement. Really noticeable even with untrained ears like mine!
