Let me test the whole range of IEM and even his personal plugs ! I help u convey the regards to him. He told me that his personal gear is not for sale Yuheng, if you seeing this, the plugs im looking is your personal one lol (if i have the budget). Thanks again for accommodating and attending to my requests. Why don't get one yourself, personal ones as it will have BETTER presentation. QUOTE(chiahau @ Jan 8 2012, 04:16 PM) I called your KL branch and they told me no more stock for TMA-1 de? Sometimes the stock comes and goes so fast so it will 'eventually' finished once you call.Which is correct now? I was thinking of either TMA-1 or something from Audio Technica at that similar price range.... The store stock is the final. Anyway, I can order it for u no problem if u really want it. I have posted the price for u and it will arrived within one week. If for similar price, don't think of TMA-1, sorry I don't want to bash it but Audio Technica M50 limited edition really thrash it so much... QUOTE(sheldonyong @ Jan 10 2012, 05:09 PM) Yes E10 price is on https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1698868I cant post pricing here sorry. QUOTE(power911 @ Jan 10 2012, 10:38 PM) Hey guys at Jaben. QUOTE(chiahau @ Jan 11 2012, 12:06 AM) Limited edition and the normal edition got difference? For sound quality wise, M50 is definitely better, overally. A700 might be 'more applealing look' to all of us. Well, either M50 or A700 is my final choice for the purchase I would be making pretty soon. Any insights, boss? Well, get the limited edition, as the normal version no stock The looks is different (now u have a 'good-looking headphone + good sounding') QUOTE(RyanHo @ Jan 11 2012, 05:49 PM) Jus bought se535 from them. Friendly service. From a Malay guy and Jeff. Thx alot if u guys see this. The malay staff is Amir. If they are doing well, it is time for them for a 'promotion' QUOTE(power911 @ Jan 11 2012, 07:26 PM) not sure... my friend wanted some good clip-ons earphones. Wooo... now only poisoned by MS2i? Not too late. He prefers something other than the KSC75 like the Audio-Technica series. Will try to get him to contact you guys directly if possible. (on the other hand I tried to torture myself with the MS-2i headphone in Jaben today... results are effective, now I want MS-2i LOL) |

So which part should i upgrade first that make different? Normally I would ask people to change their earphone, but if u planning to invest for your future, you can invest on cables. music type classical/pop. QUOTE(coolboy @ Jan 20 2012, 12:29 PM) hi, i was alos looking for the Grado flat pads but very hard to find. Finally after long research, there is an audio shop in Jaya One that sells them for RM50 also. You can have a look there then waiting. No offence Jaben but cannot wait already It's totally ok. |

That's good. That means u need something more polite, more gentle.
I would recommend u a few but surely, amping it is a plus. And the headphonej selection I picked it out a few to let u have a reference based on ur requirement. For headphone. I would pick gold ring dr150 as a first choice, beyerdynamic dt440 or even dt231 as a second choice. For iems. U can pick phonak audeo pfe012, final audio adagio 3 as a second choice. Hope these won't burst ur budget and definitely jaben welcome bundles. QUOTE(cyh03176 @ Jan 24 2012, 10:52 PM) (Directly copied from headjam.org) & Gong Xi Fa Cai This post has been edited by walabies: Jan 25 2012, 12:25 AM1. Portable or home use? Do you want in-ears or earphones? Do you want it at jogging/gym or just listening in the office? Tell us more. Basically, I will be using it all the time, except when I am working, talking to people or listening to lectures. I just can't stand the people around me talking all the time and making the noises, for example, a typical chinese restaurant, it is very noisy with the people talking, the waiter shouting or worse, the noise of plates or glasses fall. 2. Pricerange. I hate to ask this but in general, the higher price tag one will be better sounding. Well, my budget is around RM400, but cheaper is better (best bang for bucks) 3. What headphone/earphone experience do you have or own previously. Do you like them? Or do you dislike them? What signature do you like? Less bass from the sonys'? More soundstage from MS2i? Sometimes adding an amp would just help, just the synergy that everyone experienced. I haven't been very serious about my personal audio device. All I have been using are stock earphones came with the mp3 or mobile phone. I bought a Asus Vulcan ANC recently but it is only suitable for gaming (absolutely accurate about positioning) but it is not for music nor movie because I found the sound is flat. 4. Which genre of music you listen most? There must be one that you like most. Rock? Heavy metal? Classical music? Vocals? Jazz? What will you certainly NOT listen to? The headphones that is suitable specific genre will differs a lot and will sometimes not suitable for another genre. No one listens to everything, but if you do, you might want several different sets of headphones rather than one. My favourite genre is vocal (Adele songs), but I also enjoy pop songs, christian songs and some trance musics. I am really certain that I won't be listening to rock, heavy metal, techno or anything that is similar because I cannot stand the noise, it is like something is trying to pierce through my ears or boom my ear drum non-stop (no offence to the people who like those genres though). But then i still need some decent bass because i will be watching movies. Well, action movies normally comes with gunfires and stuffs breaking, right? 5. What you listen with. What player do you have? Using an amp? What type of source? It all makes a difference. Laptop: Asus G53SW Mobile phone: Samsung Galaxy S2 mp3: iriver T9 So, I dont use an amp So, what I am looking for is something (be it headphone, earphone or whatever-phone-that-you-name-it) that has excellent sound and some bass (for movie purposes) but fits within my budget. I also need noise isolation and noise cancellation. Thank you in advance. I found that Jays a-Jays One+ may be a good choice because it can be used on my phone. |

QUOTE(junclj @ Jan 25 2012, 10:29 AM) My ears was getting sick after i'm using IEM 2 years ago. I don't know how to describe in English. Chinese is called 耳鸣。If translate to English is called "tinnitus". From our experience it is totally dependable on your music listening habits. Let's say the volume. Even in speakers if u are sustaining huge volume in long hours u will have that illness no doubt. Tinnitus means something sounds like humming inside my ears. My IEM is Shure SE530. Just one minute listen for my IEM, my ears will start humming loud. Sincerely, please don't touch too much this kind of stuffs. Headphones, IEMs all these kinds of stuffs will hurt your ears much. I'm so regret why I choose iPod and buy an IEMs. If I save my money to buy a new speakers, at least my ears won't get hurts. Now not only listen to IEMs, but speakers like home theater also makes my ears humming loud. And I hope it is nothing personal as u r posting in Jaben's thread. : Happy new year. |

Ouch for that Thank you Jaben. Note: small hiccup from your side where my request is to send the parcel to my office address, but it is sent to my house address instead. Which cost me extra trouble and $ to collect from poslaju since no one at home. |
