The Asrock is a good value for money buy smile.gif I've tried using it before (P67) and moving to Maximus IV is literally giving me the same result of overclocking because I'm not so extreme. If you intend to do 4.5-4.7 without tweaking RAM settings etc then this is the board to get. Some folks with a good CPU can also manage to get more than 5Ghz with Asrock boards.

However if you want cosmetics then maybe the design/color might not be so attractive compared to Asus boards biggrin.gif

good info bro...thanks a lot... flex.gif

Why not go buy it and let us know.  biggrin.gif

haha...good idea bro... biggrin.gif
thats what im trying to do...
im just asking around, see whether anybody already try it or not...
the price is quite reasonable compare to other brand... hmm.gif

well done bro.
I've seen a lot of 4.5GHz at 1.25v-1.3v but depends on chip though.
urs should be just another dud chip but good temps  sad.gif
Gflops is correct on vanilla win7; SP1 is 100+ Gflops and much more stressful than the vanilla.
thanks bro,
yeah im quite happy with the temp...hehe
the voltage is unoptimized yet...1st boot OC attempt after installed new OS laugh.gif
leter will try to find the sweet spot voltage for 4.5ghz... thumbup.gif
need to grab SP1 fast...need to stress moarrr!!!

SB real performance will be shown in win7 SP1.
The GFlops is 2x of ur current value.
*
SP1 require more voltage at same clock speed or not bro? hmm.gif
i mean SP1 stress all core more than SP0 right...
