hi all I moved in since 1st Oct. so far so good except got defect in my toilet flooring n yard draining system. so far I think only ab 20 units occupied if judging from cars parked at night. if include those students without transport, mayb 30+ units occupied. so far I x see any major problem in block A common area except the car park flooded today. no idea what happen. if wanna yum char at night just pm me. get to know our neighbour. my unit is self stay only

Guys, any one knows how is the maintenance billing works? Will the maintenance office sent the bill to us every month?

I have not connect the power and water yet. Is anyone knows will there any billing?

maintenance fee usually should be start from the date the owner take possession of the unit
or the so call services is ready to serve u

Hi. thank you and agreed. I called the developer and told them that we received the unit without all services (power, water, gym, full security, access card, all lift etc) ready. Hope if there is any rebate, at least for the first few months.
