Just to check any of u engage your own contractor? I m facing sum probs with the Management, keep 'disturb' my contractor for doing horizontal hacking. I saw all the show units did more hacking than mine. Really fedup with them.

Which contractor u appoint? Normally in-house contractor they won't really disturb.

And are u hacking the entire horizontal beam? or partially?

U can try J HOUSE DE CONSTRUCTION . Very good work they did to my unit , very good feed back from owner PV13 too.

Just go and visit their show unit on Block A 3a and look for Mr Jeff ( 012-624 3301 )

hey bro, sorry i have to disagree with that. Just because someone is doing vertical hacking doesn't mean its ok for u to do it. The show room are temporally contractor potentially reaping profit from here for short term. But we are gonna stay here for long, lets not do something that potentially cause danger to other ppl.

If you found any other contractor doing vertical hacking for show room, please report to the management, not thinking that since they doing it, i want to do it too.

I have no professional knowledge about wall hacking, however we are in high rise building... any weak spot in the middle will cause the whole unit putting pressure on the rest.. Better be safe than sorry

PV13 management is very strict on wall hacking.

They do spot check every day.

Its ok to hack the brickwall but not the structure reinforced wall. The renovation contractor wont bother whether they are hacking the brickwall or structure wall. They are only businessman and making profit from the renovation. One cant simply hack and jeopardise the building structure system.

OK lets make it clear
there shouldn't be any HORIZONTAL hacking to Reinforced Concrete wall
for brickwall then its OK

no horizontal hacking to RC wall because RC wall will work as a load bearing wall
which mean it will carry load/weight transfer from top to the bottom
if u hack 1 length horizontally, then it weaken the structure significantly
vertical hacking wise is still acceptable

Yeah.. i want to asked either when UNIFI can install at PV13.
Everyday i saw the lady with TM logo shirt but nothing happened until today.. i'm not sure what she doing there. promotion only i think...
Can we speed up the UNIFI installation process?
I also noticed we unable to use Astro Beyond since the infrastructure was not supported in this building. Management was not allowed us to fit the astro disk outside at balcony.
Since this is new building, i'm so surprise Astro Beond was not supported... I also having a problem to view some of the astro channel using the central astro dish. report many times but no action taken.

o ya, any1 have meet the marketing supervisor which is from TM net. i remember his name is Gary. he is asking us to apply for the unifi and saying that the unifi port is limited but i didnt apply from him.
