Just back from pv.Seem not only we r waiting, the reno contractor with the furniture,door grill...person also sitting daily n wait.anyway just few days more then it month end liao.see wat the status later.nomally after checking then 1 month later cf come then only water n fire come.but we can do reno job 1st.

Wanna ask the moment PV gets CF they will release the key ? Even without water and electric ? Would like to clarify as my SnP date is September 19. Would definitely claim pv if they fail to deliver key >.<

Btw, received a call from JA Valley Realty. After identifying himself, he straight away ask me 'You sell your house adi la ?" .. I straight away speechless and tell him .. OWN STAY.. Been getting multiple SMS from them and now calls .. PV is not protecting our privacy at all which is bad !!

I got a phone call too asking if interested to sell or rent. Wtf is this, intrusion of privacy, call during office hour too. Anymore random phone call from strangers asking this question, I'll visit PV's sales office and tell them off. How can you disclose your customers' contact details without asking for consent..

Just say u want the uniy for STAY.straight away all d callers will say 'ok' and hang up.

Yea I told them, "Not for sale or rent. I own stay". But the point is that, our contact details shouldn't have been given to them in the first place.

I'd go and tell the sales agents, how'd they like it if their home addresses or phone numbers or other personal details were disclosed without their permission.

EDIT: also, if they can give out phone numbers or other details without asking us, the owners, first, who knows what other details they may have given out.

am thinking if 5th come

y not get bank to value the unit???
because loan will more rely on the bank's value

As a seller we won't give a damn about bank's value.

As long as the agent offer us a perfect deal....I believe no one will reject it.

Think about it, what if now an agent offer you RM550k for your 1313sf unit. Will you sell it off?

My answer is yes. When can I get the cheque? haha thumbup.gif

i will look for better unit 1st before confirm
if cant find, then i wont sell too

For those buyer who already have their existing house or investor they might choose to sell.

While for those who initially plan to stay for themselve they will also think about it...(Not sure they gonna sell or not)

Each day i saw the price for property is keep increasing bit by bit especially new launching.when i try look at the 1sentul, 3residen, saville, my godness unbelievable pricing.i can say pv pricing is competitive enough compare to all of them.Location n facility wisely PV is more attractive.hehe.
