I think nx year we will see all condo pricing at 400k ++ will be a normal bottom price...

House price increase, sugar price increase, oil price increase, everything increase. Except salary. As usual.

I got my condo for 200k++ also (think it was 268k) 3 years ago. Looking at the price of it now, quite tempted to sell. See if price will double or not in future laugh.gif

Yup..very hot, but when i asked to list my other apartment at bt caves, they dont even know it exist, n just hung up the phone..haha

think housing price at setapak area will keep on increasing at the moment
but for mont kiara / hartamas area
its the other way round at THIS MOMENT

For these wanna rent out the PV13... wat do u think the rental can fetch at ? RM1600-1800? or start RM2k? i mean bare unit... thanks
