If im not mistaken phase 1 delay a bit but phase 2 will be on time or earlier... I am happy to see they build the condo slow & steady....workmanship overall is good. Villa im not sure, didn't do any site visit on it. |

Last week, I've received a letter from OSK stating the "construction" Phase 1 has been completed on 20.08.2014. So, no more DIBS interest payment from developer :-(
