To mitigate it, do ur best to gather all the own stay owers who LOVE the place. Ask the developer to call AGM and handover the management control to ur team, and start enforce house rules and keep those unwanted peoples out. This is an uphill tasks, but for peaceful live, owners who stayed in need more sacrifices. Good luck! |
