I viewed few condo units, so far so good la....I hope my info is not misleading smile.gif

Villa and condo different main con, condo was finished much earlier...so there should be plenty of time for them to check and rectify the flaw...they treat this as their signature project so I reckon the final outcome should be good la....as they also put so many effort in marketing....participate award...bla bla bla...

if not define by psf price....I mean the absolute price....Mirage & Symphony Verdi should be the most exp...

so many condo coming up....mayb I lose track jor biggrin.gif

Im not sure how is the furnishing of serin, but it is really worth it...I recommend it to my fren.

Hi Bro, actually villa sold out long long time ago....many ppl requested for villas but sold out. if im not mistaken only left 1 villa with interior design cost around 3-4mil. 1.3-2.5mil lakes villa and linked villa all sold out

left few condo units...but the view so so la....
