Thanks Soros bro...im not dare to say that even myself is owner I would say this is a timeless design/concept project, i wont say the best but it is unique and able to differenciate itself to other projects and those project in pipeline.

only left 5 condo units available, for BUMI only 700psf, u may compare 700psf products on the market with mirage, u will notice mirage is really worth it , only 60++ villas and 400++ condos, with 12acres land.

Got 1 landed lot facing loan issue, the due date is next week, i will keep u guys posted as i know few forumer here interested on Mirage landed.

I met a potential buyer of Mirage and he mentioned Kampung warisan @ ampang, which the landscape also design by SEKSAN, he said the value appreciate like mad...

hold it for ownstay 1st la bro, got potential but not so crazy la....it depends on how well the landed performance in cyber also...

ya the surrounding landed need to move....else condo value wont move....this is what i forsee

location is vr subjective...if the location is perfect, then this wont be 500psf during the initial stage and 700psf now...

imagine if this condo located in prime location, surely not this price...
