What I meant is, condo around Happy Garden is only a bit cheaper than Kiara2, 380psf and 400psf. I didn't mean Kiara2 is a bit cheap. Anyways, looking at the property prices now, I think Kiara2 is really priced fairly considering it designs of facilities plus the LRT factor. For those who have bought KR1, May I know how much u need to pay the developer office as booking fee? By when u need to pay up the difference to 3%? (They give 7% disc)? any idea?
