Cause gaming for dual monitor u end up using one monitor ( except other games such as supreme commander series. ). Even if u're planning to use one screen on gaming and another for surfing or watching movie. It might not be a good choice cause everything you click your browser or your movie application, the game itself will automatically minimize back to desktop. So it is quite a hassle to do so. But then if you are using for watching movie, + surfing net or surfing net + playing facebook game or photo editing. Then it is good for you.

If ur game on full screen, then i'm afraid it can't.
Thought i haven't fully tested dual screen with 1 on full Screen(not window). On my student days, I dual screen alot, but alt+tab works for normal applications, not gaming.

What can i understand from ur questions is u wanted to scroll ur mouse across the game to web browser. That is not possible if ur game is FPS/RTS type as it will lock ur mouse within the screen. Correct me if i'm wrong.

DualHead2Go and TripleHead2Go are external multi monitor adapters that let you connect two or three monitors to your laptop or desktop computer. They connect to the video output of your system and use its existing GPU to provide high-quality, uncompressed graphics and video across all monitors. These little black boxes are perfect to bring multi-monitor functionality to computers with one monitor, such as systems with integrated graphics or with no available expansion slots, or systems that are already closed and validated.

Connects two or three monitors to your system, and lets you see more, do more.
Supports VGA, DVI or DisplayPort monitors or projectors running standard or widescreen resolutions
Works with laptops and desktop computers, PC or Mac
